About Springbrook Hills
Springbrook Hills is a welcoming residential community located in Melrose Township, Charlevoix County, Michigan, near Walloon Lake and Boyne Falls. Established in 1969, our neighborhood of approximately 150 properties features a private community pool, clubhouse, and beautiful natural surroundings. The Springbrook Hills Property Owners Association maintains common areas, manages community resources, and fosters a strong sense of neighborhood connection.
Pool Hours & Rules
Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9 AM – 9 PM daily. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Pool passes required. Children 12 and under must have adult supervision. No diving, no glass containers, no pets inside the pool fence.
