Welcome to Springbrook Hills

Springbrook Hills was established in 1969 by the Mid-America Development Corporation as a residential community near Walloon Lake and Boyne Falls, Michigan. The community is governed by Covenants & Restrictions (CC&Rs) that run with the land and are binding on all property owners.

The association maintains common areas including a community pool, clubhouse, and storage lot for seasonal recreational items.

Pool is open June 6th through Labor Day, 10 AM – 8 PM daily. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Pool passes required. Children 12 and under must have adult supervision. No diving, no glass containers, no pets inside the pool fence.
